Event Terms & Conditions – Music Show Ticket Purchase

1. Ticket Purchase

• Each ticket admits one person to the event.

• Tickets are only valid for the date, time, and venue specified at checkout.

• Tickets must be purchased through the official Squarespace store.

• A valid confirmation email or digital ticket is required for entry.

2. Payment & Fees

• All ticket prices are stated in NZD and include GST (if applicable).

• Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.

• Any transaction or processing fees charged by payment providers are non-refundable.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

• All ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued except in the case of event cancellation.

• If the event is postponed, tickets will automatically be valid for the rescheduled date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund within 14 days of the postponement announcement.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method only.

4. Event Cancellation or Changes

• The organiser reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or change the event details (including performers, venue, or start time) due to unforeseen circumstances.

• If the event is cancelled, the ticket holder will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price only (excluding booking/transaction fees).

5. Entry & Attendance

• Entry is only permitted with valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or digital ticket).

• The organiser reserves the right to refuse entry for safety, legal, or misconduct reasons (e.g., intoxication, disorderly behaviour, failure to comply with staff instructions).

• Attendees must comply with all venue rules and any applicable laws.

6. Age Restrictions

• This event is [18+ / All Ages] (update to suit your show).

• ID may be required upon entry.

7. Liability

• Attendance is at your own risk. The organiser is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.

• The organiser will not be liable for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by the ticket holder if the event is cancelled or rescheduled.

8. Use of Images & Media

• By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes, without compensation.

9. Data Collection

• Personal details provided at checkout (name, email, phone) will be used for ticketing, entry management, and event communication only, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Agreement

• By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
